What was in the photographer’s mind?
It could be the image at extreme left which is the original as received or any one of the other four images I have edited. I liked the 4th image from left. Hope everyone would like the rightmost, the 5th image but is a mistake due to profile conversion. We might call this as personal taste but in image processing I would prefer to call it as ‘image optimisation’. In the motion picture industry it is known as colour ‘Grading’ or ‘Timing’.

What was in the mind of Ansel Adams?
all-time grandmaster regarded for his knowledge in the aspects of tones and for his skill perfected on aspects of capturing and transforming his vision into a print. At those time there was simply no digital tools to manipulate the tonal attributes of an image. I have tried to know what my automation could do on his image downloaded . I know of some mistakes in my correction but it is an image sample from my early work.

This right side image is probably the one one mr. ANSEL ADAMS
had as latent image in his mind. In fact my automation is based many reference like these. I realised my process routine has progressed on perfection although I may need to go miles ahead for it is a creative field.
What was in the mind of Leonardo da Vinci?
This refers to my effort to bring about a matting technique named ‘Flash-selection’. I have been perusing with a hope flash-selection would replace Blue-screen or Chroma-key used in motion picture industry and in photography. But Leonardo da Vinci here in the context relates to his conceptualisation of the idea 'Light field'. A recently emerging matting technique based on Light Field' an idea which is ancient appears to outperform the 'Flash-selection'. Obviously I had no idea that light has a field like a magnet has a magnetic field.
That was in the year early 2003, but later I knew M/s Microsoft has managed get a patent in 2011, based on my idea in public domain. But it only remains to be revoked for its flaw and plagiarism. I do think my work as a novel technique in the100 years of Indian cinema, in relevance to contribution in technical field or perhaps missing an ‘Oscar’ for lack of awareness. For information an Oscar was awarded earlier for introducing Blue-screen process.

What was in the mind of my father to photograph me Like this ?
A brief about me: 35 yrs. of experience in various areas of photography, I am an image analyst, I developed a technique that could automate image processing, inventor of Flash-selection matting.
For now I am actively involved with my ‘Pre-Grading’ technique.
